Products

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Because many of our products are individually made, small variations in positioning, colour or finish may occur.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, or if we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£).

The total price, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout.

Personalised products

You are responsible for checking names, wording and other information supplied for personalisation.

Please ensure that photographs, images or other material you provide are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.

We may refuse to reproduce material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive or infringes another person’s rights.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be cancelled simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered.

We will deliver to the address provided when you place your order. Please check that your delivery details are correct before submitting your order.
