SUPPORTING RESCUE -  Fox Terrier Rescue

Our Supporting Rescue collection helps do a little good while raising a smile. A percentage of the proceeds from selected products will be donated to support terrier rescue, helping dogs in need find safety, care and, with luck, a sofa to take over.

Lovely things for terrier people — with a little extra purpose.

About Fox Terrier Rescue UK

Fox Terrier Rescue UK has been rescuing and rehoming Wire and Smooth Fox Terriers for more than 35 years. Its network of dedicated volunteers works across the country, collecting dogs in need and finding them suitable, loving homes where they can begin again.

The dogs that come into rescue have all sorts of stories. Some have been abandoned or neglected, while others need a new home because of changes in their owner’s circumstances, such as illness or bereavement. Whatever brings them there, the focus is simply on the welfare of the dog and finding the right home for each individual Fox Terrier.

FTR UK operates a no healthy dog put to sleep policy. Dogs are cared for by volunteers for as long as necessary while their forever homes are found, and the rescue works alongside other welfare and rehoming organisations when Fox Terriers need its specialist help. It receives no government funding and relies on donations and the generosity of its supporters to continue its work.

The rescue also runs Forever Care, a free service for Fox Terrier owners who want the reassurance of knowing their dog will be safe if they die or are faced with long-term hospitalisation or serious illness. In an emergency, FTR UK can arrange for the dog to be collected and cared for until they can either be reunited with their owner or found a suitable new home.

A percentage from the sale of our Fox Terrier Rescue UK collection goes directly to FTR UK, helping them continue to rescue, care for and find new beginnings for Fox Terriers across the country.
